- Individual Entry: $75.00 until 5/31, $80.00 until 6/23, $85.00 until 6/27
- 2-3 Person Relay: $90.00 ($30.00/person)
- All non-members of USAT must purchase a 1-day USAT membership for $10.

Registration Packet Pick Up
Registration Packet pick up will be available at
Bicycle Tech (2 Station Road Lincoln
Park, NJ) at the following times:
- Friday June 29, 5:00PM to 8:00PM
- Saturday June 30, 10:00AM to 1:00PM
- Saturday June 30, 3:00PM to 6:00PM
Race day pick up will be available at the Lincoln Park Community Lake at
the following times:
- Sunday July 1, 6:00AM to 7:00AM
Athletes are encouraged to pick up their registration packets prior to
race day. Hours subject to change. Be sure to check back closer to the
race date.
Course Information
Course subject to change
The 0.31 mile (500m) swim will be a beach start in waves. Course will be marked
by buoys.
The 10 mile (16K) bike course will be mostly flat through the neighborhood
streets of Lincoln Park.
The 3.1 mile (5K) run will be a one loop, very flat course on paved roads ending
back at the lake.
Awards
SPRINT
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female age group winners (5 year groupings)
RELAY
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Men, Women, Mixed, and Family teams
Post Race Lunch
Post race lunch will be provided by Applebee's of Totowa and will
include vegetarian options this year.
Post Race Lake Access
Lincoln Park Community Lake will be open to Lincoln Park Triathlon
participants and their immediate family from 11:00AM to 6:00PM on race
day.
Participants must show race bib for entry.
